Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream Review

Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream is great for dry skin during the winter! I received a free sample of this from Influenster to review for you guys! All opinions are my own and are honest!

Here is the sample! It is the perfect size for traveling. It is not too liquidy and is not too solid, it is the perfect texture. This lotion goes on great! There is no greasy residue and it absorbs into the skin very quick. I hate waiting for lotion to dry, specially on my hands, it is the worst! This stuff if very light weight and makes your skin feel really soft! I would recommend getting this. I feel it would work great if you have sensitive skin also. Let me know your thoughts on this lotion!

Happy New Year! Welcome 2016!

Today I'm going to show you inside my VoxBox! It's a bit late and I wanted to get this up before New Years, but better late than never :) I did receive this for testing purposes and all opinions are honest and are my own. If you would like to receive free products to review, click the link below!

Here is a video of my VoxBox.

JingleVoxBox

All products are listed below.

I received two boxes in the mail, and they both fit inside my tiny mail box :)

I received this Sally Hansen nail polish in the color Violet Voltage. The voxbox was a prize for being a #influensterChamp. I think I got this for doing a Sally Hansen voxbox a few months ago.

The main box contained more goodies :)

The back of the card has descriptions of the products and also where I can buy the products at and how much they retail for. The first product is the Biscoff Cookie's

Since 1932 Lotus Biscoff Speculoos have been Europe's favorite cookie with coffee, which is a totally true statement :) My box came with three of these.

This is a 24 hour waterproof eyeliner in the shade dark brown by NYC Color. I have done the back of the hand water test and this stuff does stay put. I usually go for dark brown eye liners, but this color is really pretty and it is dark.

I have never tried false lashes so this will be an experience :)

This stuff leaves my hands very moisturized, which is much needed during the winter months

I have used Pure Ice since my elementary school days, so this is a staple brand. The color of this polish is called Home Run and looks very pretty on. Perfect for the winter.

Last, but not least is a coupon for free tater tots! I'm so excited to get these. I haven't had tater tots in a very long time. Update: I redeemed my coupon and as expected the tots were good! :) I have had this brand in the past, and honestly, I think it is the only brand I've had for tater tots. I bake these in the oven and they turn out crispy and perfect! :)

Curel Itch Defense- First Impressions #Curel #Influenster

Hey guys!

Today I received another VoxBox from Influenster.com! If you don't know what Influenster is, it's a website that is totally free all you need is an email and you get to review products. If you are active enough on the website, you can get picked to do a survey and then they can send you free products to review. This is my second VoxBox. This time it is lotion! I received the Cruel Itch Defense Spray lotion and a sample body wash.

My initial thought of this product is it would be really liquidy since it is in an aerosol spray like the sunscreens you can buy, however that is not the case! It is a lot thicker than I was expecting!

So before I even sprayed this on my skin, I wanted to know what was so special about this product and what was in it. This product has ceramides, which are fatty molecules found on the surface of the skin to help keep the skin cells together. So this could explain why this lotion is more pricey compared to others.

(I sprayed too much!)

It does have a slight scent, it smells like orange to me, but I think every Cruel product has this scent so it did not bother me. However, after it was on the skin for a few minutes, the orange smell went away and it just smelled like regular lotion, nothing like Bath and Body Works!

After I first applied the spray and rubbed it into my legs, I had some irritation from shaving the day before and it kind of irritated that a bit, however most lotion does that to me so this wasn't a huge issue. The product claims to cool the skin, however I found it only did this for a few seconds after I rubbed it in as it was drying. This cooling effect will probably relieve itchy skin, however my skin is not itchy at the moment so I cannot test for this!

However, once the product dried, my legs and arms felt really moisturized and smooth which is a plus!

The bottle version of this lotion is $4.97 at Walmart and the spray version is $8.99 at Target.

I am not a huge fan of spray lotions because they can be messy and get everywhere. So this product to me isn't worth the money for the spray. I still have to rub it in my legs just like any other lotion. If I was buying this product, I would save a few dollars and just buy the pump version!

I also received a sample of the body wash. It smells similar to the spray, however after using it it smelled like soap. My first thoughts of this product is it did not do anything different than any other body wash I have tried. It retails for about $6 at Target, so I would save the few extra dollars and just buy another body wash. Maybe the long term effects of this are better compared to other body washes but at first glance I wasn't impressed.

I received this product complimentary to review from Influenster. If you want to review free products click the link below! Thanks for reading! :)

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs #ABLChallenge #SallyHansen #Influenster First Impression

I received a coupon from influenster.com to try out Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs. I initially thought this product was a tanning lotion, you know the ones that gradually get tan over time, well when I went to my local Target, I discovered that it was actually a make up for your legs. Like a foundation for your legs. I do have a tan from a recent vacation, so the color I got is Medium. There are several shades to choose from. It also comes in a spray or a lotion, I got the lotion.

When I first applied it it seemed very dark, however once I blended it out it applied very evenly and well.

I applied it at 9am and it lasted all day long, including a trip to the gym.

This was my first application of the product. I noticed I did not get it between my toes very well. It did not oxidize throughout the day and did not fade. It did not get onto furniture or my clothes, which is good.

When I showered in the evening it came off very easy with soap and water.

The only con I found the first day is it did not cover my scar on my leg very well. It did make it less notice but did not completely make it disappear. Maybe I need to apply more product?

If you would like to try this product here is a coupon for $2 off! Let me know if you would like a video review of this product!

Thanks for reading!

#HelloKeurig Keurig 2.0 K200 Brewing System

I got the chance to review the new Keurig 2.0 brewing system. This was provided to me from Influenster and it was all totally free! Even though this was sent to me for free, this is my honest opinion. I have an old Keurig I got in 2011 and it was seeing the best of its days, so I'm very happy I got chosen to do a review on the new one!

Some things I noticed:
It is a lot quieter than my old Keurig
The water container is in the back compared to the side.
It is slimmer
Heats up water faster
Has more features
Brews coffee slower for more concentrated coffee
Touch screen display
Came with a water filter, which my old machine did not!

I absolutely love this Keurig! It has 4 cup sizes to chose from, 4, 6, 8, and 10 oz. It also has an option to brew normal, strong, or a hot chocolate/other option. I tried the strong option and it did brew the coffee strong. This setting I noticed took longer compared to just a normal brew. The machine recognizes when there is not a kcup inside when you want just hot water which is a nice feature.

The touch screen is a nice feature as well. It is very responsive and works well, you just lightly touch it and it responds. When you want to power it off you have to hold it for about 3 seconds and it will turn off.

If you need to clean the machine, it comes apart in 3 separate areas which is nice.

The only thing I noticed that was a little disappointing was the top of the water tank got some condensation on the top after water was in it for about a day, but other than that it is a great product and will be used a lot in the near future!

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. This is my honest opinion!

AB Blast!

You will be sore for days after this ab workout! At least I was..(and still am). For the hanging abs, use your resources, if you don't have access to anything you can hold on to, use a captains chair or a stability ball or do mountain climbers and more leg raises instead.

Run: 2 miles on treadmill speed 6.5+

2 sets for the following:
50 crunches
50 Oblique crunches
30 Leg raises
Hanging abs (knees bent, and legs extended) 20 each (these tire me out so I did 4 sets of 10 total)
10 Pikes on stability ball

Don't forget to stretch after! :)

DIY Sharpie Mug

Let's get crafty!

I got a pack of sharpies on Black Friday last year and I wanted to display them in a mug so their easy to access (and they look pretty too) anyway, I could not find a mug with the right quote on it, size, ect. so I decided to make my own.

This technique is really simple and I actually used it for my chalkboard at my wedding as well (wedding blog coming soon!)

What you need:

White Mug
Image/quote of choice
pencil
tape
Sharpie (I used black)

Step 1
Cut out your image so it is the size that will fit your mug best.

Step 2
Shade the back side of the image with pencil, make sure not to miss any spots.

Step 3
Tape the image with the penciled side on the mug.

Step 4
Trace over the letters with either a pencil or a pen. I went over mine several times to make sure it transferred.

Step 5
Remove image and it should be traced to the mug with pencil

Step 6
Fill in with the sharpie

Step 7
Wait at least 24 hours before placing mug in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. This helps seal the image in the mug.

End results!

If your planning on using a sharpie mug for beverages, do not place in the dishwasher and try not to was over the sharpie, just in case it decides to fade or come off completely!

If you mess up with the sharpie, take some rubbing alcohol to remove it.
